The staff were friendly, good services. Our location was handy and best possible, in front of a bus stop.

The hotel was gorgeous with a wide array of nice styled and exceptionally clean rooms. Booked a room with EXCELLENT views of the mountains.

Nice and big rooms, very nice and modern spa. Food OK, in addition to halfboard they give also little after ski snack. Parking inside (for 5 EUR per night) or outside for free (but just few places). They try to offer additional program.

Not nice location. It is not in the nature and not in the town. It is located just next to the main street at the end of the town, more like industrial zone. No garden, no views, far away from downtown and the lake. Not so far from ski lift, but you have to take ski bus or a car to go there. Nothing interesting around in walking distance. No internet in the hotel rooms, only in lobby. In the rooms there are not the usual additions for a 4* hotel, as shower cap, afterbath lotion, tissues etc. The service is also like in a 3* hotel. If it weren´t for the spa, it is definitely more a 3* than a 4* hotel.

During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including my room and the spa. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all my transportation needs were met. Finally, the hotel’s location was perfect, as it was just outside the city and near the slopes, making it easily accessible for ski enthusiasts like myself.

Nothing everything was great.

We stayed at a hotel just outside of town, with easy access to the slopes via a bus stop right outside. Our room view of the surrounding mountains was stunning, and we loved the spacious and comfortable beds. The spa facilities, especially the indoor/outdoor pool combo, were a highlight. We appreciated the extensive breakfast buffet and the helpfulness of the English speaking staff.

The smoking in the bar area was a major downside.

Great Easter experience! Enjoyed the complementary chocolate eggs left in our room and the Easter Sunday brunch. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and stunning mountain views.

The smoking policy wasn't ideal, as many guests were smoking in public areas. the variety of food could have been improved, as the menu was somewhat repetitive.

The attention to detail was outstanding, and I loved discovering all the little surprises and touches throughout the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed dining in the hotel's restaurant, where the dinner was absolutely amazing. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I especially loved the wellness center. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the city and the lake. this place exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to visit again!

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

During our stay at the Alpenblick, we were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding spa area and spacious, clean rooms. The hotel also offered free bike rentals for scenic trips around the lake. The convenient location, with the ski shuttle bus right in front of the hotel, made it easy for us to reach the ski station in just 2 minutes. we had an excellent experience at the Alpenblick and would highly recommend it.

The hotel had very friendly staff and they provided us with lots of information about the area. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and it was great to have access to the gym and leisure facilities. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains from the pool area.

The bathroom was on the small side and lacked privacy. The furnishings felt a bit dated and could use an update.
